In cast iron skillet melt butter and oil over medium heat
Saute bell pepper, onion and celery for 5-10 minutes until onion is translucent
Using a slotted spoon, remove sauteed vegetables from pan. Reserve.
To hot butter/oil mix, add rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce until herbs release their fragrance, about 1 minute.
Toss shrimp with cajun spice. Add to hot pan. Saute one minute.
Return vegetables to pan. Add hot sauce and lemon juice. Stir and saute for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Do NOT overcook the shrimp.
Slice biscuits in half. Spoon BBQ shrimp on top. Sprinkle with scallions. Pass additional hot sauce for more spice.
